Our business is built on establishing a close collaborative relationship with our clients and relevant people. This means that we are privy to sensitive information - on personal, commercial and corporate levels. This information is always treated in the strictest confidence.


Approach

There are no simple solutions when it comes to people. We're all different and we all need our personal space and to take our own personal paths to development. If we're given the opportunity to grow according to our own criteria, we can perform much better and not just function within our given role but develop it.


The joy of finding the right role and function is sufficient driving force to be able to perform miracles. But it's not enough. Individual performance must benefit the entire organisation; all personal development must go hand in hand with company philosophy, all paths must lead to the overall objective. Only then can you build an organisation that is profitable in the long term.


It's about individuals' participation and understanding, responsibility and security. Modern, profitable organisations build on the abilities of individuals seen from a strategic perspective, an approach that is at least equally as important as ensuring that the logistics from raw material, through production to distribution and end customer work. We believe that investment in people is more profitable that investment in machinery.


For more than 25 years, AWD Personalutveckling AB has worked on recruitment, selection and leadership development assignments for medium-sized and major companies in Sweden and Denmark. These assignments have been both many and long, but no two have been the same; our end product is, to a large extent, governed by the specific criteria of each job. At the same time, we also deal with sensitive issues that neither we nor our clients want divulged, which makes it impossible to disclose any detailed information.
