Selection/Assessment

Taking on a new employee is one of the most important investments for any company - having the right employee in the right job leads to increased profitability! Of course, you'll know this already! Taking on a new employee is one of the most time-consuming and costly investments in the life of a company. Having the right qualifications is, of course, important, but it is equally important that the candidate fits into the culture and team that he/she is to be part of or lead.

My way of working in managerial and specialist selection processes starts by analysing the requirements of the position and getting a clear sense of the corporate culture by talking to and discussing things with those closest to the role, managers and colleagues. My extensive experience of working with many different companies and industries is your guarantee of objectivity, a holistic approach and an understanding of the life of your organisation.


The next step is to assess the applicant in relation to the requirements profile. The method I have chosen to work with is a combination of questionnaire, psychological test and in-depth interview. This gives more security to both the applicant, who needs the certainty that their qualifications are sufficient for the vacant position, and for the company, who wants to get an idea of the applicant's suitability and future potential in relation to the demands of the role and whether he/she will is a fit for the company's culture and values.


My approach ensures quality and reliability in the selection process and gives companies a clear basis on which to make a decision. Follow-up, which is a natural part of the quality assurance process, shows that I have a very high hit rate and thereby contribute strongly to the profitability of your company.
